Great job on the cakes, I'm very impressed especially since it sounds like you just stared taking courses. Did you use rolled fondant on the cakes? Jenn
Jenn, I took Wilton course one and two years ago and just finished course three which covered wedding cakes. I did use rolled fondant, it's not as scary to work with as I had imagined!
